Skill Development leading to livelihood, one of the areas where CSR funding can be spent, has been the preferred choice of many corporates. This is a successful model to drive scalability and enhance employability of the deprived sections of the community.

iPRIMED works in partnership with Corporates and Foundations to implement the skill development projects across India. As a NSDC partner and NASSCOM’s licensed training partner, we are the chosen training partners for IT/ITeS companies to execute skill development programs through CSR.

As a training partner, iPRIMED plays the role of implementation agency and is responsible for end to end delivery of the training program:

Identification of the target region and segment of learners


Mobilization and selection of trainees


Placement / self-employment of the trained candidates


Assessments and Certifications aligned with Qualification Packs and NOS skills prescribed by Sector Skill Council
