iPRIMED is led by people from the industry and academia who are focused on enhancing workplace skills of graduates / entry / junior level professionals (for the IT and ITeS industry) by driving intrinsic transformation. The focus of the company is not just to cater to the needs of leading IT cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai, but also meet the requirements of tier 2/3 cities of India. To fulfill this dream, iPRIMED is expanding its foothold in other states and regions with the collaboration of various state governments.

In order to integrate the millennials with the demands of the IT and ITeS industry, iPRIMED works upon them with its unique approach, comprising of two major steps:

• iPRIMED uses its unique method and tool to identify the ones who have the basic raw material but lack the context and the ability to apply the skills with the right orientation.
• Generation Y and Z probably lack a holistic view (content, core/soft and psychological) of the workplace. Post identification, iPRIMED makes structured interventions using the unique iPRIMED transformation model (under patent) , driven by full-time facilitators, people from the industry and real customers spanning geographies, taking into account psychological, developmental and contextual factors related to young adults.
