It was a nice journey of 2 months at iPRIMED. I really got good knowledge relating to accounting process. I really feel proud to be the part iPRIMED as it’s shown the path towards the success to many Graduates.
When it comes to Capgemini, I got a good team, who always motivate others to climb the ladder of success.

I feel elated in saying that I’m a part
of iPRIMED. Not only for that had I got job through it, but for the lessons of corporate
life. As its caption, it truly builds the industry ready professionals. There are
lots of students who are in misconception that they are indeed industry ready professionals.
Acquiring technical skills or being proficient in your subject doesn’t mean that
you are fit for the industry and can evolve in the industry. Often students like
us fail to recognize this at an early stage and may struggle in later part of our
career. This is where iPRIMED comes in to picture and changes the way we approach
the corporate world. There is a whole lot of things apart from being virtuoso in
your respective field to find the ultimate niche in your corporate life. All this
whole lot of things along with how to be a virtuoso in your respective field is
made open to your mind in iPRIMED. This is how it makes us stand apart from rest
and most importantly this is how it makes us to cultivate ourselves to what we truly
wanted to be.
iPRIMED has good environment much like office environment with work load as well
(assignments and assessments etc.) Good facilitation from well experienced facilitators
from corporate world. All in all it’s great to be a part of it. I’m happy and feel
proud that I started my career from there.
I’m very grateful to iPRIMED.

I am very lucky that I am an alumnus
of iPRIMED. This institute has not only imparted technical knowledge but other valuable
assets like people skills and enhancement of leadership qualities. The trainers
are all experienced professionals who have over 10 years of experience in the IT
world. My skills were so honed in the training, due to which I gained 2 job offers
by the month of June, 2010.
I graduated in B.Tech Bioinformatics in 2009. As you all know there was a recession
all around at that time and many qualified people including me didnt get a job.
Then I got to know about iPRIMED through the internet. By the time I joined the
institute I had lost all hopes of getting a job in IT, the reason being the Bioinformatics
domain which was left out of any off-campus entry criteria.
I am currently working in MindTree Ltd. as a Test Engineer. And all the credit for
my placement goes to iPRIMED. Even though I am a fresher I have been alloted to
a huge project in which I am able to implement all the skills and knowledge I was
taught in iPRIMED. iPRIMED gives me a leading advantage over other team members
of my batch.
iPRIMED is not that kind of an institution that guarantees you 100% job placement
and will desert you in the middle. But when opportunity knocks on your door, iPRIMED
helps you unlock the door. So guys, if you have the talent, courage, determination
and hardwork then iPRIMED is the luck which will convert your opportunities into
reality.
iPRIMED builds a relationship with you. Even now after graduating from here, I keep
in touch with my mentors and they help and guide me with as much dedication and
friendliness as when I was a student here.
Thanks to iPRIMED for coloring my dreams.

It feels great to be part of Capgemini.
My team leaders are very co-operative and the team members very friendly. Our induction
and training are going to start from the next week.
Here I met a lot of people from the senior batches of iPRIMED. Thanks to iPRIMED.
Its like a reunion here and family together. We come to get a lot of things from
them and their experiences till now. Proud to be a part of iPRIMED.
Will share further my experiences here.
Every one is missing iPRIMED here a lot here. Thank you for giving a strong foundation
to my career.

Today I am very very happy, I want
to share my happiness with all of you, because you are all responsible for that.
"I got Appreciation and Award from Client last Friday" for outstanding performance.
Just 1 year back I was an unemployed normal person I don't know anything about the
IT, after joining "iPRIMED" I got exposed to the outside real world and learned
so many things within a short span, and I got a job in a good company with respectable
position and also I am doing very good here with all of your support.
I would like to thank all of you from my heart Navin Kumar, Ani, Santosh, Himanshu,
Seema, Shashi, Monica and all the facilitators of the iPRIMED.

With this mail I want to share
my Experiences in iPRIMED....
I am feeling very glad as selected in the iPRIMED training...
First I felt very bored of the assessments...I got some angry also...Then after
listening to Naveen's class and Ashish class I felt very good...From then I made
myself to think about what they are saying and how it will be useful in my real
life...
The Experiences they shared are also very much helpful to us and they will help
us how to handle that kind of situations. Ashish explained so many real life examples
also...and some mental exercises i.e. how to observe the differences and similarities
between the objects. This is a good mental exercise. Naveen explained the ETVX tool
and so that we can estimate how the business world is going ahead. The reading exercise
was also very good. It made us to develop our pronunciation also.
The classes of Seema and Anni are very interesting explaining us how to maintain
our Ethics and Values in this corporate life. The Dressing style session has made
us to think even now also. And Critical thinking which makes us different from others
is also very interesting...
And finally though you are observing us feeling bored of assessments you encouraged
us very well...Thank you for everything you done.

After a month’s training at iPRIMED,
instead of saying "training" I would say magical classes, it seems to be good to
me .To be honest iPRIMED created a magic on us. I don't know why but it feels that
I am better than others”. An unknown confidence is being created by you people.
To tell truth, I was the first one who wanted to quit the training, but after the
training I realized what I would have missed. I would suggest others that if you
get chance to be trained in iPRIMED-Don't loose it because you don't know what you
can gain.

The training (at Capgemini) is
going on in a full swing and I am enjoying it. The thing that I would like all my
fellow colleagues to impart in them is that patience really pays and never let your
zeal to learn new things get faded.
Learn whatever comes to you in your path and never think that a particular thing
will be a waste. On a personal note Thank you Shubhra for the subtle nuances that
you taught us in the class as to how one should portray oneself to be and also the
proper utilization of words at appropriate time. My colleagues are really impressed
of my reading skills.
Abhishek Ganapathy, Capgemini
This is regarding the first session of the soft skill training and my experience during the session. I was very much excited about it because I would be learning a lot of things about the corporate world and happy that it would be different from the regular classes at college. Though somewhere in the corner of my mind I had a feeling of disappointment that I had to attend training even during my vacation, later when the session started I began to have a lot of fun. Seema, you made the whole class so lively by engaging us in an activity where we had to speak about the common interests that we shared with our friends. There was not a single boring moment. Though you have given us the freedom to yawn in the class I never got an opportunity to utilize it.
As the day proceeded, you gave a brief insight about the corporate world, as to why companies existed, what is the meaning of profit, the type of ratings employees get while working in a firm based on their performance, the importance and the meaning of efficiency and effectiveness. These are some of the things that I had never thought about, I always had in mind that I need to focus on my aptitude and problem solving techniques but never realized that there are things that I’m ignoring but in reality they have a vital role in my career. “One should not burn bridges”, this taught me that I must be very careful when I’m working, because I’m very careless in these matters and tend to get into an argument when I don’t like what the other person is speaking and it hurts my feelings.
Overall, at the end of the day I was very satisfied that this session was not only useful but a lot of fun too, thanks to you mam for being so cheerful, any dull mind would also get brightened up because of your enthusiasm. Thank you.
