iPRIMED uses a proprietary seven dimensional assessment technique to help identify the specific needs of an individual and their strengths, weakness and limitations on the various skill buckets. Aptitude is one amongst the seven dimensions and not the only dimension.

The assessment process helps us create logical groupings which help us minimize variables thereby, building scale into the model and expediting the learning process.

Feedback is provided on a regular basis through personalized visual dashboards created for every aspirant. Apart from tracking the progress for each individual, this provides continuous feedback as to the efficiency and efficacy of the overall learning model and the delivery methodology which helps us continuously improve the iPRIMED methodology.
