iPRIMED LEARNING APPROACH - LIFECYCLE

 

The iPRIMED Learning Approach is multi-dimensional and covers the entire life cycle form the first touch point with the student to the stage when they become “Intelligent Novices with a Tolerance for Grey”

Young adult learning, assessment technique, role alignment

Typically, a person has to handle multiple skills, some tangible and some intangible, concurrently to execute a task well. Real learning (i.e. which can be applied) happens if a concept is delivered/facilitated in a manner where these skills are handled together replicating the mental patterns of a human being. Participants pull the information from the facilitator and for this to happen, the concepts are introduced in a manner which relates to their current world before bringing them into the business/real world. The concepts are brought in leveraging the Awareness, Involvement, Buy in, Commitment model
