The iPRIMED team members have been seasoned players in the IT industry with collective experience of 150+ person years

	Navin Kumar, CEO and Founder Prior to starting iPRIMED in May 2009, Navin worked for a decade with Infosys across various roles and in various geographies. He has rich international exposure and has worked in multiple countries and cultures with multiple Fortune 500 clients (25+) at CXO levels – Japan, ANZ, UK, USA and India. Navin’s rapid rise at Infosys was a reflection of his thought leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, his penchant for challenging assignments and he has been recognized in multiple internal and external forums. Navin was selected as a  Tier 2 leader in early  2008 at  Infosys for his contributions.  He was heading a practice focused on Cable and ISPs in North America for Infosys before moving on to start iPrimed.
Prior to Infosys, he has worked in various capacities at Tata Steel where he picked a lot of his core / life skills Navin has been involved with US Universities like Harvard, Princeton, Duke, and UVA in multiple roles – lecturer, coach, recruiter etc. After relocating to Bangalore, he has been involved with IIM Bangalore in helping students get better oriented to the Corporate world, plan and make career decisions in class room and informal sessions. He has been a guest speaker/panelist in various forums like NASSCOM, Silicon India, Christ university etc. on career management and the role of education, generational diversity etc.. Navin is active with TiE and has presented in overseas meetings. He responds to queries that career seekers have on behalf of Times of India, in the “QuickFix’ section. Navin is an acknowledged domain expert in Telecom and Navin has published multiple thought leadership papers in International Forums like IEEE, TeleManagement Forum etc Navin is a MBA (PGP 1999) from IIM Bangalore and a BE (1993) from BITS, Ranchi.
	Ashish Tyagi, Head Sales Ashish is a founding member of iPRIMED and currently heads the Sales function across all the segments at iPRIMED. He has been instrumental in the growth of iPRIMED esp. around the newer segments like Corporate and Colleges. Prior to this role, he has been a lead facilitator and has helped transform multiple batches especially in the BPO domain. He is still active as a facilitator and regularly spends time with the students. Prior to iPRIMED, Ashish spent 8+ years in the IT industry of which the last 6 years was with Infosys BPO (been there since first year of operations). Prior to Infosys, he was with Wipro Spectra mind for over 2 years.
Ashish has a good understanding of both data and voice areas across the various functional areas – Order management, F&A, Procurement and other business specific processes. He has very strong understanding of the Telecom industry and has worked for multiple operators across US, Europe and Canada. He has trained and enabled large teams of 200+ employees Ashish holds Bachelors in IT from Queensland University, Australia.
	Subodh Sarangi Head Transformation – IMS (Infrastructure Management Services) Subodh heads the IMS efforts at iPRIMED. He has been in the IT Infrastructure Management Services industry for the past 22 years including 13 years in Remote Infrastructure Management Services. Subodh has led large global outsourcing deals in the bid management, transition and service delivery life cycle for several Fortune-500 organizations. He has led large global teams and managed P & L responsibility.Subodh started his career as a fresh graduate at Wipro and over 17 years grew to become a General
Manager for IMS. He was actively involved in setting up and scaling the people, process and technology aspects of Remote Infrastructure Management Services practice at Wipro. He has won awards for Excellence in Customer Service. He worked at EDS-MphasiS as Vice President and was instrumental in offshoring and managing large client engagements to India without compromising Customer Satisfaction and Service Levels. At L & T Infotech, Subodh led the Infrastructure Management Services practice and delivery organizations as Vice President of IMS. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt with ITIL v3 certification. Subodh holds a Masters degree in Software Engineering from BITS, Pilani and BE in Computer Science from BITS Ranchi.
	Nikhil Kumar – Delivery Head ADM and QE Nikhil brings in ~ 14 years of extensive experience in the IT industry, especially in Project Management on different platforms and various applications. He has expertise in managing complex application development, maintenance, testing, migration and re-engineering projects. He has a strong understanding of the Insurance, Banking and Media industries. He has endeavored to build deep understanding in all aspects of the IT Delivery value chain to adequately reinforce his skill sets to manage client relationships, process management, quality Management and provide business development /
support services in an efficient and effective manner. In various capacities, he has leveraged the Global Delivery Model with end to end understanding of execution. Nikhil has demonstrated his technical, managerial and client relationship skills, at onsite as well as offshore in many complex projects throughout his career at iGATE PATNI. He has extensive experience in working with leading US/Europe clients. He has also been involved in recruitment, training and various other organization development initiatives at iGATE PATNI. Nikhil is PMP certified and holds a Bachelor’s degree.
	Seema Pandey, Head HR Seema currently heads the people function at iPRIMED. She has been one of the initial members of the iPRIMED team and has been key to the success and growth of iPRIMED. Prior to her current role, she was heading Training/Transformation for the BPO side; she has also had a successful stint in Business Development where she was instrumental in starting new relationships for iPRIMED. Prior to iPRIMED, Seema has been with HSBC for almost 9 years and has managed number of process related to data and voice across various function of
Banking and Insurance (UK and USA). She has been instrumental in migrating the processes from the US to India. Known as a builder of top-quality team with understanding of domestic and offshore work cultures, Seema brings great understanding of business and value for professionals. Seema has inspired talents and workforce to strive towards higher level of achievement and grown up the value chain. Seema has successfully completed her “General Management program for Young Leader” from IIM Bangalore (2007-2008). She holds a Bachelors degree in English Literature.
	Kanchan Arora, Head Technology Kanchan heads the Technology function at iPRIMED. She is responsible for Product Development, Application Development & Maintenance and IT Infrastructure work at iPRIMED. Besides, she also helps train/transform our interns esp. around the process aspects like Development, Support etc. Prior to joining iPRIMED, Kanchan has spent 11 years with Infosys across various roles. Her strengths lie in delivery where she has delivered both development and maintenance projects in multiple technologies. She has extensive experience working with fresh graduates and has enabled them to come up to the speed and be successful in their projects.
Kanchan has rich Insurance domain exposure. She has worked with multiple Insurance clients apart from handling regular development and maintenance projects in her portfolio, she has also promoted the scientific estimation techniques for all the projects in Insurance market accounts in Infosys, Bangalore. Kanchan holds multiple certificates – CSQA, Property & Casualty Insurance. Kanchan holds a Bachelor’s Degree (2000) from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University (IT-BHU), Varanasi.
	Chaya Kamath, Head BPO Training/Operations Chaya currently heads the learning/operations for the BPO stream. She also anchors the Online marketing activities. Prior to joining iPRIMED, Chaya has worked 8+ years in the industry. She has been instrumental in streamlining many processes. She has trained and groomed many experienced and fresh graduates in various capacities. Chaya started her career from a B2B company and was involved in online marketing activities and has moved on to various  ITeS  and Banking  segments in
multi-functional roles. At JP Morgan, she was closely associated with the L&D Team and brought about necessary process changes in training. She has extensive knowledge of corporate and middle market loan documentation at DSL Software and JP Morgan, supporting clients from Indonesia, Hong Kong, India and USA. Chaya has also worked as Client Implementation Manager at HSBC in their Corporate Banking division handling the Payment and Cash Management division. She has received quite a few accolades in the Organizations she has worked for – the key one being, Employee of the year Award at JP Morgan, for significantly cutting down the cycle time of entry level training. Chaya is a BSc from Mangalore University. She has also done her two year Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT. She has done certification course in German Language and also has done a certification course for English from Cambridge University.
	S K Santosh Kumar, Quality Engineering/Testing Practice Santosh Kumar is a Group Manager at iPRIMED. He leads the Quality Engineering practice for iPRIMED and also acts as a mentor to the students. Prior to joining iPRIMED, Santosh worked with Wipro and later on moved to Infosys. He has more than 10 years of IT industry experience. During his tenure with Wipro & Infosys, he has worked with multiple Fortune 500 clients in the telecom domain. He has rich international exposure and worked in multiple countries and cultures – USA, U.K., Australia, Belgium & India. Some of the Fortune 500 clients that he has worked for are Nortel, Cisco, Compaq, Telstra etc
He has rich experience in building teams and making them productive by providing them with structured training and mentoring them on the required content and core skills. Santosh has successfully led teams of 50 – 100 during his career. Santosh holds a BE in Electronics & Communication from VTU
	Monica Singh, Lead - Behavioral & Communication Skills Monica anchors the behavioral and communication skills at iPRIMED. She has been working in this space since 2005. Her initial forays were in the US where she worked with various age groups. She creates a unique style by blending in the Montessori method with the iPRIMED method (under patent). Monica is widely travelled and has worked with people from various mileu, cutting across the Asian and the American continents. She has been successful in transforming hundreds of individuals requiring special attention, especially in the communication space.
Monica completed her Bachelors from Lucknow University and holds an MBA from IPM, Lucknow. She is trained in the Montessori method from Virginia, USA and holds a diploma from the American Montessori Society.
	Shubhra Shailee, Research & Evangelisation Shubhra anchors iPRIMED’s research, publications in the online and print media apart from helping transform our interns. She is an active blogger and anchors iPRIMED’s efforts in the world of social media. She is widely travelled which helps her bring in rich experience into her writings as well as into her facilitation sessions. Prior to iPrimed she has worked as an Academic Associate with IIM, Ahmedabad and Research Assistant with the Hindustan Times.
Shubhra is a Masters in Sociology from Delhi School of Economics and has been the University topper in Graduation from Miranda House, Delhi University. Shubhra holds an M.Phil in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Delhi.
