The focus is on skills enhancement within the constraints of them having to manage a day job. Since right/sufficient duration is important to bring about behavioral change esp. around the Core skills, we have innovated on the base model to ensure that sufficient time is available to bring about a meaningful change.

We work in two engagement models:

  1. Skill Enhancement: The corporate skills that an employee needs to acquire to move up the value chain and also to enhance CSAT. We have the following offerings:
    1. Building a Consultative Mindset: The intent is to create a mindset which is universally applicable as any role can become consultative. While there is direct application for consultants, other roles including delivery, program management, sales, planning etc can become more effective if the practitioner has a consultative mindset. It is the mindset which is the focus and not the role. The offering is structured around six modules which could be delivered piecemeal or holistically depending on degree of need based on the role to be played and when the role has to be played, prior knowledge & skill levels, time available. There is a base module which is mandatory around which the other modules can be delivered based on the needs of the group.
    2. Effective Customer engagement: Customer engagement is a key issue in the flat/virtual world esp. as our people are not able to engage well due to communication, cultural, confidence & esteem related factors. This offering helps dispel the unfounded aura around “Customer” and help participants get under the client skin in order to engage better. The offering is structured around five modules which could be delivered piecemeal or holistically depending on degree of need based on the role to be played and when the role has to be played, prior knowledge & skill levels, time available.
    3. Initiating Self Transformation: This workshop will help you rediscover yourself, move out of your current state of being and initiate the process of moving into the new state, leveraging the iPRIMED model (currently undergoing the patenting process). Participants will:
      1. Unlearn” some of the learnings/principles which have worked for them in the past before they start to learn the ropes of the new order/role/stage in life
      2. Learn tools and techniques which helps them make sense of the loss ( akin to shedding old clothes/skin) in order to be prepared to handle the change/transformation with minimal disruptions and in the right frame of mind
      3. Learn the 7 key traits/skills required to navigate the journey of transformation
      4. Arrive at short term and long term goals
    4. Domain Skills: Domain training around the BFSI and Telecom domain targeted at all levels – entry upwards. The offering is customized based on the audience and their needs. For e.g. on the BPO side, the focus of domain training done for agents on the floor as compared to employees who engage in Discovery/Transition kind of work will be different; while for the former the focus will be more on the procedural/detailed level sub process that they have to focus on, for the latter the focus will be more at a conceptual level without undermining the operational aspects. Similarly, on the IT side, the focus for analysts and project managers will be different as compared to Business Consultants focusing on the BPM, Operations Strategy, Solutions modeling space etc.
    5. All the above offerings (a, b, c, d) can be executed in 2 ways:

      • Regular Approach: Full day (8 hours per day) sessions – this is easy to execute as everything happens in one go. The cost is lower. Learning is good but we run the risk of information overload which could result in sub optimal usage
      • Staged Approach: 2 – 3 sessions per week with each session lasting not more than 3 – 4 hours. Overall duration 2 – 4 weeks. This should give the participants sufficient time to digest the learning and also work on some of the assignments at their pace so that they appreciate and internalize better. However, the overheads are high which results in higher costs
  2. Holistic Assessment: We help you assess a candidate holistically leveraging our proprietary 7 dimensional model (provide a link to the assessment write up) - iPAT (iPRIMED Psychographic Assessment Tests) and hire with the focus on “selection” rather than “elimination”. iPAT is available online as well as in a client server mode
