Entry Level
The process of identifying, assessing, selecting and training fresh graduates has always been cumbersome and long drawn for employers. Typically, an employer looks at 15 to 20 candidates for every person that they hire and then trains them for 6 – 12 months before they come up to speed and are productive on the delivery/operations floor. The ROI is pretty low. This coupled with high attrition has made employers take a relook at the entire function looking for innovations and alternate approaches
iPRIMED has stepped in to help employers get access to fresh graduates who are industry or workplace ready.
iPRIMED at its end, identifies, assesses and enables fresh graduates across technical and non technical areas – targeted at the IT and ITeS industry, thereby, meeting the key challenges faced by employers
It is not easy to imbibe core skills as it deals with behavioral change and has to be learnt in the proper context i.e. while executing the "content" skills – the skills for which the person is hired. Today’s education focuses on one skill at a time whereas the human mind deals with multiple skills at a given point of time to execute any task….this leads to suboptimal application. We have devised a method and systems (which is undergoing patenting) which deals with these skills in an integrated manner starting from entry level to mid level professionals
We work on following models:
- Campus services: Every 3 – 4 weeks a batch of ~ 20 interns (link this to the Individuals page – the last para in the Overview section) graduate from iPRIMED who have gone through a rigorous 550+ hour grind across multiple skill areas with the intent of laying the foundations for holistic skills development. You are welcome to interview these interns for a fit into your organization and hire them, if found suitable.
- Holistic Assessment: We help you assess a candidate holistically leveraging our proprietary 7 dimensional model (provide a link to the assessment write up) - iPAT (iPRIMED Psychographic Assessment Tests) and hire with the focus on “selection” rather than “elimination”. iPAT is available online as well as in a client server mode
- Hire, Train, Deploy: For your specific needs, we hire based on our proprietary assessment tool, train the hires on the area of focus ( for e.g. BSc/BCA graduates to be trained on Level 2 IT support; BCom graduates to be trained on Finance & Accounting, Procurement skills) for 3 – 8 weeks and then get them deployed on your shop floor. These hires are trained leveraging the proprietary integrated/blended skills learning method of iPRIMED
