iPRIMED provides students/aspirants / individuals the right start to their professional career by helping them acquire the optimal combination of skills enablement so that they can get meaningful entry level jobs and be productive from Day 1 Recession or no recession, entry level jobs are always available, if you have the required skills i.e. if you can hit the ground running without employers having to spend significant amount of time and effort to make you industry ready.

We orient you through our internship program and help you get a job as a software engineer in one of the top IT Companies. The internship program in iPRIMED is designed using the optimal combination of skills where emphasis is given on overall personality development, communication, soft skills training, technical training, software developer program etc so that the aspirants or individuals get meaningful engineering or MNC jobs and be productive in the entry level jobs from the beginning

We have tie ups with many major IT companies ( 30+) , who are ready to hire BE/BTech/MCA freshers through iPrimed. There are positions for software developers, software testers, maintenance and support personnel and DBA with our IT clients. However, these IT companies have some eligibility criteria which are

• A minimum of 60% in your BE/BTech/MCA. (There are some companies that have reduced the cut off percentage(%) to 55 only for iPrimed interns)
• Technically strong in any one programming language (J2EE or Dot net)
• Hands on experience in these programming languages
• Good work place skills – communication, ability to work in teams, professionalism, interpersonal skills, impression management, tolerance for ambiguity etc

We assess you on the above criteria and enable/fill up the gaps to make you ready for them. The mantra is “While getting a job may be difficult; keeping and doing well in the job is doubly challenging” and hence it is important to lay the right foundations which will help the interns get a good start to their corporate career.
