ABHOY K OJHA
Abhoy K. Ojha is a Professor (Organization Theory) at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He started teaching in the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada, during his doctoral program. Prior to joining the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, he was an Assistant Professor at Laurentian University, Sudbury, Canada.
He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Organizational Analysis from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada.

His other educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a Post Graduate Diploma in Administrative Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (Bombay University), Mumbai.
His current areas of research interest includes:
- Impact of institutions on organizational structures, systems and processes.
- Business process improvement and its implication for organizational effectiveness performance.
- Development of new forms of information technology supported global organizations.
- Organizatioanl demography.
He has published in journals in India and abroad. He has presented his research work at several refereed national and international conferences. He has also published cases in the proceedings of Case Conferences/Workshops.
Dr. Ojha is a long time member of the Academy of Management, USA. During his stay in Canada, he was also an active member of Administrative Sciences Association of Canada and the Western Academy of Management. He is a founder member of the Asia Academy of Management. He was on the editorial board of Human Resource Development International and on the editorial board of IIMB Management Review.

Greg Latour

Greg Latour has been with Cellular South for over ten years and is responsible for corporate information technology, including all OSS/BSS applications, business intelligence, technology architecture, operating systems, hardware, system support, data networking, and the web sales channel. He is a member of the executive team and participates in the development of the overall corporate strategy and is active with the development of innovative technologies that advance the company toward its strategic vision.

Prior to joining Cellular South, Mr. Latour was a manager in a global consulting firm and provided consulting services in the areas of system security, software development and maintenance, revenue assurance, business process re-engineering, project management, and information technology policies and procedures development.
Mr. Latour holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.B.A. from Nicholls State University.

Madhukar Shukla
Madhukar Shukla, 54, is Professor of Organisational Behaviour & Strategic Management at XLRI, Jamshedpur, India. A Ph.D. in psychology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, he earlier taught at the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad, and was a consultant (HRD) with the National Productivity Council, New Delhi. During 1993-94, he was a Visiting Professor at Escuela Superior de Administracion y Direccion de Empresas (ESADE), Barcelona.

He has about 30 years of experience as a teacher, consultant and trainer to several companies.
Madhukar is the ex-Dean (Research) and a Professional Member of the Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Sciences (ISABS), and was a member of the Academic Council of Academy of HRD. He is also the President, National HRD Network (Eastern Region), and is a member of the Board of Studies of Narsi Munji Institute of Management Studies. He had also served as a member of the expert panel of Public Enterprise Selection Board for The Study of Competencies for CEOs.
Madhukar has been the Conference Coordinator for the National HR Conference in 1997, 1999, 2001, 2003, and 2005, and was the keynote speaker in the 1st Asian HRD Conference 2003, QAI Knowledge Management 2001 Conference (Bangalore), NIPM Annual Conference (Southern Chapter) 2000, National HRD Network Annual Conference (Jaipur Chapter) 2000, National HRD Network Conference on People Issues in Telecom and IT, etc.
His professional interests include Social Entrepreneurship, Cross-Cultural Management, Knowledge Management & Learning Organisation, Management of Creativity and Innovation, and Organisational Strategy and Transformation.
He has contributed more than 30 papers to professional journals in these areas and has published three books – Competing through Knowledge: Building a Learning Organisation (Response Books, Sage Publications, 1997), Understanding Organisations (Prentice-Hall of India, 1996), and Developing Leadership in Global Era: HRD Perspectives and Initiatives (co-edited with Dr Udai Pareek and Uma Jain, McMillan India, 2005).

He is a highly energetic and committed leader and has a good understanding of how technology can drive business transformation. His penchant for taking up new challenges has seen him climb the corporate ladder very quickly and he now heads Global Platforms for BT. He has been effective in building and managing a very large team spread across BT and its partners across various geographies

Prior to joining BT, Ashish headed Tech Mahindra’s CRM practice for BT. He spent around 9 years with Tech Mahindra in various roles
Ashish holds an MBA (General Management) from London Business School.
